Acceptance

By using Hive Due you accept these terms. Detailed conditions will be added after legal review.

Usage Rules

Use the platform lawfully, for managing your community's finances. Misuse may result in your account being suspended.

Payments & Billing

Starter is free. Pro and Business are recurring software subscriptions for one community, billed monthly or yearly in TRY through Paddle. Published list prices include applicable tax; the checkout shows the final total before payment. Yearly subscriptions are paid in full for the year. Manage payment details and cancellation from Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not automatically refund past payments. To request a refund, contact support with the Paddle receipt or transaction reference; see our refund policy. Community dues and bank transfers are separate from this software subscription.
