Prices are in TRY and include applicable tax. Paid software subscriptions use Paddle and renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. The checkout confirms your total before payment. This subscription does not collect resident dues or community bank transfers.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do payment and cancellation work?
Starter is free and requires no card. For Pro or Business, create your community, select monthly or yearly billing inside the app, and complete Paddle checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically. You can request cancellation from Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing; access continues through the paid period. Cancelling renewal does not automatically request a refund.
How do unit limits work?
Each community has its own subscription and unit limit. A separate plan scope is selected for every new community.
Does Business cover multiple communities?
No. Business provides unlimited units and advanced permissions for one community. A single subscription for multiple communities is not offered yet.
